Background:

I am Nathan Rogers and I am  a strength and conditioning BSc coach who works with teams and  provide one to one sessions with athletes, as well as the general public. I am also a sprints coach at the City of Norwich Athletics Club and have been involved coaching sprints at St Mary’s University and the University of East Anglia.

I was born in Cape Town, raised in England and brought up with a very determined outlook on reaching goals, I have been involved in sport since a young age (8 years old) and have been ever since.

I got into strength and conditioning after suffering some pretty bad ACL injuries to both knees while playing rugby. This forced me to learn how to move better and get stronger. During this time I realized I was fascinated with the bodies ability to adapt and change to training.

I have a huge passion for teaching people how to move correctly, get strong, get fast, look great,  feel great, and live healthy, happy lives. I don’t want what happened to me, to happen to others. With some good advice and better planning I probably wouldn’t have sustained those horrible injuries, which essentially ended my rugby and sprinting career.

I would say that more than anything I really enjoy helping others achieve their goals, it makes me extremely happy to help and have helped others achieve what they have aimed for.
