In this post I provide a list of thoughts that i have about speed training. Most of these thoughts provide context when it comes to the how and why of my training program’s. I guess you could say that when all these thoughts are combined they form my beliefs and philosophy on speed training. These have changed numerous times over the last 9 years of coaching and I am sure that over the next 10, 20 or 30 years I will both add and take away from this list.
